Ah...Relaxing

I have decided that three day weekends may be the greatest things in the school world. Like I am so happy right now. But in the zen way. And Carl had to get gas yesterday so now I got to enjoy my coffee and bagel and every one knows how much I love the perfect breakfast. And eventually I will go get my backpack to touch up my English paper (the 10 page research one >:P) and be responsible and all. And maybe I will get to update my ipod, load prom pictures, and play some Pokemon gaming! Carl got me the new version of gold and a Dratini!!! I see why I love him now.

Meanwhile, I have had a bit of a break from here. So...I could try to update on everything, but that would be silly. Soooo just the cool stuff lately.

Prom. Well Prom could have been worse and could have been better. But Carl looked very nice and I love my dress. And all of my friends looked pretty and we all got dates and did the march and lalala all fun and games. Carl dances like a lunatic and got pictures in the paper haha. I danced with all my friends. Went to post prom and got second place with our exchange student beating me and won $5 to Manty coffee. Good times good times.

Tour. Choir went down to Orlando and it was coolie. I rode down with Tonya in the day and Olivia at night. Both were nice. And my room was AMAZING of Olivia, Meghan Berry, and Sarah McMahn. And I discovered I love them all. And all of the parks were fun. I got to go on all of the cool rides. Even the Tower of Terror, which was crazy awesome. But I would have to say the Rocking Rollarcoaster was the favorite. Andy Garene said shit when he messed up his solo at Epoc and all heard. Tonya had a temper tantrum for not getting to meet Mulan. Our buses went to the wrong college twice. Our buses left us at the beach and got lost. And the food was yummy. Awesome time.

That was the interesting stuff. Otherwise, meeeh. My friends are kinda odd lately. I'm a bit distant from them, which I was all sad about. But then Georgie talked to me and got me out of my funk. So now I'm just chilling and leaning toward my new found friends like Meghan and Haley. And I'm also reconnecting with Emmy and Tiffany. But I'm not pushing anything. I'm just going to chill and go with it. Everything changes after all.

So a cat food commercial was just on and the cat got to jump through a magic mirror into a world of fantasy and I thought "I want to eat that" then I remembered it was cat food. So I can't eat it. Sigh.

Well time to go be responsible.

Finals...AGONY

Ugh, I am sitting here in Sociology doing nothing but freaking out about my math final. And also realizing how much I hate Mr. Brewer because he still has not told us what our Chem final is about. WTF (mate)? (He is not mate of mine, not even in the Australian way) So get ready for some major complaining!

As Kory has mentioned to me, his finals were much worse so I should shut up. Well that just makes me realize that my life will continue to suck! Thanks bud...but tis not your fault. I just really want all As and I am so close! Math and Chem are only like .4 and .3 points away from getting A-s! And I would really like those. I guess B+ aren't so bad, but I want to get into a good college. Like Madison? I'm thinking Madison. But I'm just a junior, I know nothing. Oh God, what if I don't get in? What were Catey's grades? She got in...but what if I am doing badly? I got a B in Chem freshman year, oh God. I suck. I suck. I suck! (hey...the last five years)
Ugh we still have a half hour left. I have finished the stupid essay final for this! Let me be. I cannot keep study for math, I will go insane. but I really should study! What is the square root method for solving quadratic equations?! Ugh die die die! Make it go away! I want it to end. Just put me out of my misery!

And what is up with Spanish? We have to write an essay in Spanish in class! We don't know Spanish! I am looking up every other word! How am I supposedto get 400 words in an hour if I have to look up 200 of them. Fool! Since when does Senora think we can actually speak Spanish, she should know better.

And English! He did not even give us all the notes. He's just like "Oh you're fine. You're fine! This is the smart class." No, we are not the smart class we are the class you like the best and usually go easy on! Fool! They're all fools! I don't know how to say poems in rhythm. You are supposed to make it up. And you read them funny so I will never be able to know what you want! Cry!
Stupid government! I hate you H. Fifteen paragraphs in an hour? Stupid, idiotic man! And now I have to deal with you in Psychology? You will make me hate my profession to be! Stupidity, thy name is H!!!!!!!!

RAWR!

Thank goodness for choir, justice, and this class where they take pity on my sanity and ask for an essay or an easy test we get each year. Oh I should go do some practice problems.

November In A Bottle

So...I have not written in forever becuase I was writing elsewhere! (Take it elsewhere! I heard Catey's voice in my head...strange) I was in fact wrting for nanowrimo! Even though the people who got me into this, my best writting buddies, fell by the wayside, I plunged on! So through abandoning most of my free time, I made the goal of 50,000 words last night! Hurray! Winner! I have proven I have no life. Boo-yah

Anyway, my November. I cannot remember much of what happened in the beginning. I remember being forced to go on the life teen retreat for confirmation. Three whole days. Total weekend wasted. Pried from my hands and tied to a cross. But I actually turned out to like it. The food was good, so good. They had cappuccino. And ice cream at every meal. Yum yum. I sound like Catey will her ravings about food. And it wasn't that bad. I cried a lot though because they kept telling touching stories. Cruse you sensativity and compassion.

Thanksgiving! That was like last week, so I remember a lot. All my buds from college came home for break! I was very happy to see them...which is you who are reading this so, I can probably just address you. I miss you! I have no friends when you're not here! Seriously, like all my home friends are so busy and leave early. Sad face : ( So we should hamg out more. Thanksgiving was good for me. The family is their usually unique selves. But I think Catey and I were more comfortable around them. Patrick even said I see pretty happy or something. Yay! Patrick and Joey...they're cool. And William did not seem so spastic...or should I say Will? Too weird.

Thanksgiving night was interesting. I enjoyed it I think. All of my college friends! I wish I was with you! But um yeah. Learned some things that night. Uh huh.

Eh so then uh what else happened? I went shopping for a bit and found the best boots ever EVER!!! They are grey, which is the best nuetral, and they have a cool classy bow on them. The last ones were 7.5 and I usually wear a 6 haha. But they magically fit! Catey was jealous. Don't worry sister, you have three pairs of boots. Wear them.

Then...well...this week is stupid. It's busy...busy busy. I have crap every night. Crappy crap. The Christmas show is this weekend and I was chosen to be in this thing and we have practice, but we go like last. Poo. Yesterday I had a math meet. But I went to Beerntsens (sp? Michelle and Jake told me how to spell it. Hi guys! Apparently this is how the sign spells it) with my firends! I had soup and a breadstick. Yummy yummy breadstick! And then I spilt a sunday with Michelle. Oh my God, love. So much love. We bought suckers and sang random songs down the street. We got to the math meet and I was demoted down a team haha. Probably because I like to put 14 for most of my answers. It's a good number. I probably did horrible, but who cares? It was at Lincoln anyway. Then tonight I work. Because of the stupid Christmas show, I only work once this week. Srew it! No one cares anyway. I like to work...but not in the deli. Only waitressing. I like tips, tips are nice. And the food is good (wow I really am turning into Catey). So I'm glad I'm working tonight? Yeah, I guess. I want to go to the Y before and bike for a bit so I can read thr Truth About Forever. I looked at my book shelf and saw it and thought "Hey, I can't remember what happens in there!". So I read it, yeah.

Class over! Yay!

I Meeped Before the Conspiracy

So, I was driving to school today and heard a news story.

High School students in Massachusetts planned on facebook to constantly say meep. They did this at their high school and the teachers got so annoyed they sent them all home. They sent messages out to the parents asking them to forbid their children to say meep.

Meep apparently in Old English could replace any word and be acceptable in conversation.

Also apparently a show on Disney channel called phinis and ferb says meep as a response.

If you know me, you know I say meep. It is one of the many words I just say. I am furious at these New Englanders for copying me. I should sue.

I actually think it's hilarious.

That is all.

Well...They're Definitely Not Bringing Home A Fish

On the 25th of September was Carl and my anniversary. And though it has been much time since the day, I must write a blog about.

It began after school on Friday, the 25th. I told Carl I was going to take him somewhere. So We had to go through the switching cars thing. So he ended up driving because I was going to stay in Sheboygan that night and we'd come home the next day for homecoming. And I had to give him some crazy back road directions so he would not see we were going to...PETCO! Before we entered Petco I gave him a box to open. Inside was a fishbowl, beta food, decorative rocks and bowl cleaner, and a decorative skull and crossbones. Then we went inside and Carl decided on a male crowntail beta. He was a pretty mix of blue shades. Then we began the slow process of getting to the car and to Sheboygan. I did not foresee the difficulty of moving a fish. Turns are the worst on the water. And stopping is bad too. But I held onto the fish as Carl drove very carefully. Many cars sped pasted us and I interjected that they were definitely not bring home a fish. And we had to go on this one road with a lot of potholes. That was fun. But we eventually got to Carl's house and after washing the bowl three times very thoroughly, we put the fish in the bowl. Then Carl dubbed him Mobadiah.

Next we went to take my stuff out of his car. Where I showed him the poster I made of our first year. It had a lot of our pictures form the last year and a bunch of inside jokes. It had some exerts from my journal a lot, my inner most thought haha. It had a mug root beer can on it, remember the day he asked me out and gave me one. We both still have the cans. It also had Pluto and Chiron because of our song, I'm Your Moon. It had the Beatles love album, for our shared love of the Beatles. A saxophone with the word logical in music notes for the Logical song about his life. And some quotes from the poem I wrote about him. It was very cute. He was speechless at first. He loved it.

Then we went upstairs and he open the rest of the gifts I bought him. (This is where I start to think I went a bit overboard) He firsts opens the hat, a grey pin striped one. Very classy. then he opened the watch. It's brown, which is his favorite color, and is analogue and digital. Just what he wanted. Then the Beatles shirt, which he freaked out about. Finally he opened the painting of the dragon around the sun. He said it was amazing! Hurray!

Then he blindfolded me and made me walk down the stairs. Dangerous? I thought so. Then he left me alone and went to get my gift. I took off the blindfold when he returned and before me was a beautiful painting by Carl himself. It was of a ram and a hummingbird, which is what Carl and I in animalogy. The ram was crying and the tear in the shape of a man. And peeking out from behind the ram's nose was a woman. The hummingbird set off a ray of a sunset and all these beautiful colors. There was a heart on the ram's nose and white drifted down to the bottom to encircle a man and a woman who were holding hands. (see facebook soon for uploaded picture). Then Carl explains that before we started dating, he dreamt in black and white. But when we began, he started dreaming in color. And the painting was the first image he saw in color. I loved it. I have it in my room where I can see it right before I turn off my lights to sleep.

Next we went to dinner at Il Ritrovo, this amazing, classy pizza place. We got a bruchetta appetizer, a mushroom pizza with the thinnest and best crust I ever had, and split a tiramasu for dessert! It was so delicious! Then we went to a candy store next door and I got a white chocolate covered Oreo with sprinkles, which was like a heaven cookie sandwich covered in white chocolate. Carl and I then went off to the movies to see Surrogates. That was a great movie. Watch it sometime. Finally we ended the night and went to bed. It was an interesting experience sleeping at the Waldharts. One person was awake at all times, I think.

Then in the morning Carl took me out to breakfast at Harry's Diner, where I ate a delicious crepe that made my day! And Carl asked me to homecoming because he realized he forgot to do his plan. He was going to tell the waitress to bring a card out the night before with our dessert. But forgot. Oh well. Then we picked up my corsage and I picked out his tie for homecoming and we were off to Manitowoc for the game and homecoming!

On to the next!

Uh...Maybe Next Dance

So...Timewarp!
Back to Homecoming Time!

Homecoming week was rather uneventfully. In fact, it was quite half assed. No one was excited! at all! Sad week. But I dressed up each day. Monday was Jersey day (why?) so I bought one at Goodwill from the kids section. It was red and while and had the number 7 on it. And since it was a kids, it actually fit. So I may wear it again. For funsies. Tuesday was western day...why? And I wore my plaid shirt and a bandanna round my neck. Wo freaking hoo. Wednesday was liturgy so I wore my pretty dress! Then Thursday was twin day, where me and Emmy wore yellow basketball shorts and matching ts. I straightened my hair and got many complements. But it takes so long and I like my hair curly. What the heck people? Um...then Friday was color day. I used Catey's old green accessories and Goodwill green leggings and green short shorts. Then they had the nerve to put me in a basketball game. Where I was the shortest person and had to go first...stupid people. I made one basket and then snuck out so I could sit by Kari who did not get her first basket. Then we almost won because we had Ben, but then Mr. Jahnke was a jerk and stood in front on Ben and would not let him shoot. Then we slammed pies are the teachers, where some freshman almost broke Senora's nose. And juniors lost to the seniors by 3 points. Because of Chief.

After school Carl and I celebrated our anaversary! See next blog!

Saturday was the football game. When basically every other sport had a game, so no one was there. And those who were were not cheering or enthusiastic. Carl in fact slept through the second half. We played the best school in the conference. We lost. Badly.

And off Carl and I went to get some coffee and then get ready. Where I did my annual "what to do with my hair" freak out. In the end I just wore it down. Like I knew I would. And then we went to Emmy's! Where Emmy's mom said Carl had to stay downstairs while I went to get ready with Sammy and Emmy. Haha. Sarah picked us all up shortly after. She said she loved my dress and then gave us all cookies. Then we drove to Tom's. Where we all congregated and complemented each other and took on the difficult task of placing on boutonnieres. Next we went outside and took pictures by the lake! I must admit it was a good background (I should really post those pictures) Jared looked a bit out of place because he never was able to go to his house and get formal wear. So he was in jeans and his rocker blazer jacket. It was pretty cool.

Then we split into three cars. Car one (the party car) consisted of Spencer (driver), Emmy, Sammy, and Joleen. Car two was Jared and Sarah who planned to park Jared's car at a park and ride and then join car one. Car three was Tom (driver), Clair, Carl, and I. Fuu-uhn. Tom lead the way to the highway because no one knew their way around the strange land of the town of TR. Then our car gets on to the highway. But the other car does not follow. The one who knows how to get to Green Bay. So Tom freaks out. I call up everyone in the car and Sarah is the only one who eventually answers. Tom forgot about the park and ride stop for Jared and Sarah to join the party car. Car three at this point is miles ahead of car one. So Tom decides to go 55 mph on the interstate till the other car catches up to us. We got many a strange looks. The funny thing was Tom would not even pull over on the rest stop because that would "take too long". Right and going 55 mph doesn't? Well eventually Spencer's car catches up and gets in the lead. Now everything goes well and we get to Olive Garden!

Olive Garden was packed with high schoolers. Green Bay was having homecoming that night too, so everyone was in formal wear, other than Jare Bear. There were only teenagers there, I swear. The food was amazing, as always. Sammy and I spilt the five cheese baked ziti and turned it into a six cheese by adding Parmesan! Our waiter's name was Shaun and I took a picture with him! then all the girls went to the bathroom together and took a secret picture in the bathroom when all the other ladies left. Yeah, we're weird. But we came back to the table giggling like crazy and the guys were all suspicious. It was fun.

Then we departed to our separate cars. Spencer got a lucky spot in the front, but Tom and us had to park in the way back. So we split and Joleen joins our car to be with Clair a bit. Tom pulls around front, only to see no Spencer. And we do not know how to get out of Green Bay. I say the general go on the main street and turn on 41. Then Claire announces she knows where to go and Tom follows her directions. We end up by Lambo Field and Tom decides we must not be in the right place. We call up the other car and turn around and go on S41. And we drive. We start talking about 90s nickelodeon cartoons and singing their theme songs. Then we remember Reading Rainbow and start singing that. Suddenly Tom says he fells we are not in the right place. Claire says we have to be because we did not go over the bridge yet. So we drive. Then Tom continues to feel we are going the wrong way and says he thinks he saw a Appleton sign. So he calls his parents. At this point we are in Kakuana. And as Tom explains our situation we miss all the major exits and have to find this back route was to 10. But we got to it eventually I guess. but the other car had already made it to the dance it it was already after 9:30. So we drive and drive. Everyone in the car is fine with not getting to homecoming but me. I was quite sad. But oh well.

We get there for 20 mins of the dance. Not very exciting.

Then we all relocate to Emmy's for a bonfire. We switch into casual wear and retell the getting lost story and learn what we missed at the dance. Nathaniel tired to put a video screen on the ceiling and got yelled at for not getting permission. He also never played a full song. And the kids got yelled at for moshing. As in they stopped the music and Mr. Waak threaten to stop the dance. Now Mr. Waak is threatening to quit student government because of Nathaniel. Good times yes?

Happy Homecoming

I Can Make A Word Out Of That: Uexi

So now I am in Government with half the class left to me. Therefore, I have decided to write all about my weekend! Enjoy!

I'm beginning with Thursday because I went to the volleyball game. Before it I worked out and went to Maretti's for a veggie deli sandwich, which was so good! Like the mayo didn't even bother me! Then I realized this was the first sports game I went to this year. Which was a bit odd. Volleyball. But I went to see Emmy! It turns out it was toga night...Martin came up with that one. He and his buds showed up very nicely covered in various colors of togas, but other took it to the extreme. Lots of bare chests I rather not have seen. One of the guys who chose that route shouted intelligently "I feel NAKED!" Yes, thank you for sharing. I sat in the front row for the first time. I felt like older or that I should be more excited and into it. But I wasn't that much. I wished Emmy would have played. But it was a really hard game. So it's understandable. I paid a bit more attention to the guys strange conversations around me than the game. One guy had a very witty comment, "If I wanted a kiss, I would have asked your mom!". How intimidating. But Maria did the splits twice when she tried to get the ball. So that was interesting. It reminded me of "A League of Their Own" where Dottie does the splits. But this wasn't a movie. Obviously.

I can't really remember Friday at school. But I wore a really cute tang top under a shrug. I liked that. I got a compliment. Yay! All I can remember is that Choir sucked. And I am in the highest level. And we suck. No one sings. And Meghan does not sit by me anymore! Very sad. But after school I went to Sheboygan for a bit because Carl forgot he needs his car to get home and money and yeah. He and I ate down there. Then we came back to Manitowoc and went with Andrew to George's football game in Mishicot. With an odd group of people. But it was interesting. And George won by like 38 to 8. It was cool. Then we went to Jenn's for a late night coffee run.

Saturday I had planned to go to Drew's game, but then Carl called and invited me to a wedding! And weddings are much cooler than football games, plus I got to wear a pretty dress! I love wearing dresses. I decided on the pink floral one I bought at St. Vinnie's for $3 because Carl said it was a smaller wedding. I also ran to Markham to steal a clutch from the rummage sale to go with the dress.Carl's mom really liked it. So I guess it was a good choice. The wedding was nice, it was my first church wedding. They had a lot of incense. And I actually sort of new the family. It was Carl's friend's dad's. And I had met the friend once. So that was cool. After the wedding was like a little reception thing because it was in the middle of the afternoon. But I could not have any of the main food because everything had meat! Then I could only have some desserts because Carl is allergic to nuts. But the punch was really good Reed and I agreed. Until we found out it had champagne in it. But we only had like three cups. And really, it probably was really light. Like -1%. After that Carl and I decided to head home early since the follow up reception was at the house and there would probably be no dancing and same restrictions of food. So yep.

Then we went to Manitowoc and met up with Michelle, Carly, Sarah, and Jared. We were at Shuttee Park for a bit, but it was too buggy so we went to Carly's. We ate cream cheese won tons and then played scrabble. I did not play because I can't spell. But soon it evolved into dirty scrabble when we tired of regular. And that was quite interesting. Carl was complaining that the had no good letters and then Sarah asked if she could see them and then said "I can make a word out of that, 'uexi'." It was very funny. Then Neal and Schiesl appeared at the window and we all screamed! But it was really funny. We just hung out after that.

Sunday I spent doing a Government project with Joleen. I had never been to her house before and it was very nice. We did a PowerPoint on the Fifth French Republic, which is France's current government. It was pretty easy. Then we rewarded ourselves with chocolate chip cookie dough ice cream and took a short swim in her pool. We talked about school and life and yeah. Twas nice.

Which bring us to today. I am now at home, not in Government. Just couldn't get this all down in time. Today was a rather boring day. I woke up late, as in a half hour late, which is pretty uncharacteristic of me, but it was no problem. I got suck behind a cop car going to school and I was afraid to pass it. So I just went the speed limit till he turned. I went to school and woke up with Brother Gery and made boxes about what we believe. Then I went to English, where we argued if Jake lived in Shoto or TR and had a fire drill. Next was Spanish, which has gotten horribly boring for some reason. And she yells at us if we don't speak Spanish even if it's to ask what something means. And she picked on me because I did not turn my desk around. I can just write on my notebook without my desk beneath it. Silly Senora. Lunch was spent arguing if we should go to Olive Garden for Homecoming or not. Don't get me wrong, I love Olive Garden with my whole heart and soul. But I think it's stupid because it takes too much time. And with the football game the same day as the dance, we just can't pull it off. Not that I really care about the dance. I just go for the dress and the pictures. Whatever, I'll just do what majority wants. I don't like conflict. And that was a bit awkward, but then Sarah pointed out everything could work out if only we could apparate! But then we realized Sarah was the only one old enough to take the apparation test, so we would have to do a number of carry along apperations. Then Tom brought up we could use a portkey! And we were like yeah that would make it so much easier. But then we would have to have another one at Olive Garden. Michelle then suggested the flu powder and we all agree that was the best plan. Oh how easy our lives would be if we lived in a Harry Potter world.

And that plus Government was my school day. Then I went to my voice lesson, where Mrs. Miller compliment my hair and shirt. Yay! I just threw my hair up in a clip because it had no time to dry today. So I am glad it looks nice. Now I am home, waiting for Carl to call so we can hang out after his play practice and before my dance classes. I think we will go out to dinner or coffee. It will be fun. I hope his play practice ends soon.

Revelation of the entry: Writing down my day really makes me feel accomplished, though I hardy did anything.

Have a good one
