I Can Make A Word Out Of That: Uexi

So now I am in Government with half the class left to me. Therefore, I have decided to write all about my weekend! Enjoy!

I'm beginning with Thursday because I went to the volleyball game. Before it I worked out and went to Maretti's for a veggie deli sandwich, which was so good! Like the mayo didn't even bother me! Then I realized this was the first sports game I went to this year. Which was a bit odd. Volleyball. But I went to see Emmy! It turns out it was toga night...Martin came up with that one. He and his buds showed up very nicely covered in various colors of togas, but other took it to the extreme. Lots of bare chests I rather not have seen. One of the guys who chose that route shouted intelligently "I feel NAKED!" Yes, thank you for sharing. I sat in the front row for the first time. I felt like older or that I should be more excited and into it. But I wasn't that much. I wished Emmy would have played. But it was a really hard game. So it's understandable. I paid a bit more attention to the guys strange conversations around me than the game. One guy had a very witty comment, "If I wanted a kiss, I would have asked your mom!". How intimidating. But Maria did the splits twice when she tried to get the ball. So that was interesting. It reminded me of "A League of Their Own" where Dottie does the splits. But this wasn't a movie. Obviously.

I can't really remember Friday at school. But I wore a really cute tang top under a shrug. I liked that. I got a compliment. Yay! All I can remember is that Choir sucked. And I am in the highest level. And we suck. No one sings. And Meghan does not sit by me anymore! Very sad. But after school I went to Sheboygan for a bit because Carl forgot he needs his car to get home and money and yeah. He and I ate down there. Then we came back to Manitowoc and went with Andrew to George's football game in Mishicot. With an odd group of people. But it was interesting. And George won by like 38 to 8. It was cool. Then we went to Jenn's for a late night coffee run.

Saturday I had planned to go to Drew's game, but then Carl called and invited me to a wedding! And weddings are much cooler than football games, plus I got to wear a pretty dress! I love wearing dresses. I decided on the pink floral one I bought at St. Vinnie's for $3 because Carl said it was a smaller wedding. I also ran to Markham to steal a clutch from the rummage sale to go with the dress.Carl's mom really liked it. So I guess it was a good choice. The wedding was nice, it was my first church wedding. They had a lot of incense. And I actually sort of new the family. It was Carl's friend's dad's. And I had met the friend once. So that was cool. After the wedding was like a little reception thing because it was in the middle of the afternoon. But I could not have any of the main food because everything had meat! Then I could only have some desserts because Carl is allergic to nuts. But the punch was really good Reed and I agreed. Until we found out it had champagne in it. But we only had like three cups. And really, it probably was really light. Like -1%. After that Carl and I decided to head home early since the follow up reception was at the house and there would probably be no dancing and same restrictions of food. So yep.

Then we went to Manitowoc and met up with Michelle, Carly, Sarah, and Jared. We were at Shuttee Park for a bit, but it was too buggy so we went to Carly's. We ate cream cheese won tons and then played scrabble. I did not play because I can't spell. But soon it evolved into dirty scrabble when we tired of regular. And that was quite interesting. Carl was complaining that the had no good letters and then Sarah asked if she could see them and then said "I can make a word out of that, 'uexi'." It was very funny. Then Neal and Schiesl appeared at the window and we all screamed! But it was really funny. We just hung out after that.

Sunday I spent doing a Government project with Joleen. I had never been to her house before and it was very nice. We did a PowerPoint on the Fifth French Republic, which is France's current government. It was pretty easy. Then we rewarded ourselves with chocolate chip cookie dough ice cream and took a short swim in her pool. We talked about school and life and yeah. Twas nice.

Which bring us to today. I am now at home, not in Government. Just couldn't get this all down in time. Today was a rather boring day. I woke up late, as in a half hour late, which is pretty uncharacteristic of me, but it was no problem. I got suck behind a cop car going to school and I was afraid to pass it. So I just went the speed limit till he turned. I went to school and woke up with Brother Gery and made boxes about what we believe. Then I went to English, where we argued if Jake lived in Shoto or TR and had a fire drill. Next was Spanish, which has gotten horribly boring for some reason. And she yells at us if we don't speak Spanish even if it's to ask what something means. And she picked on me because I did not turn my desk around. I can just write on my notebook without my desk beneath it. Silly Senora. Lunch was spent arguing if we should go to Olive Garden for Homecoming or not. Don't get me wrong, I love Olive Garden with my whole heart and soul. But I think it's stupid because it takes too much time. And with the football game the same day as the dance, we just can't pull it off. Not that I really care about the dance. I just go for the dress and the pictures. Whatever, I'll just do what majority wants. I don't like conflict. And that was a bit awkward, but then Sarah pointed out everything could work out if only we could apparate! But then we realized Sarah was the only one old enough to take the apparation test, so we would have to do a number of carry along apperations. Then Tom brought up we could use a portkey! And we were like yeah that would make it so much easier. But then we would have to have another one at Olive Garden. Michelle then suggested the flu powder and we all agree that was the best plan. Oh how easy our lives would be if we lived in a Harry Potter world.

And that plus Government was my school day. Then I went to my voice lesson, where Mrs. Miller compliment my hair and shirt. Yay! I just threw my hair up in a clip because it had no time to dry today. So I am glad it looks nice. Now I am home, waiting for Carl to call so we can hang out after his play practice and before my dance classes. I think we will go out to dinner or coffee. It will be fun. I hope his play practice ends soon.

Revelation of the entry: Writing down my day really makes me feel accomplished, though I hardy did anything.

Have a good one

Lol yeah I think you mean portkey. But it sounds like you're having fun in Manty! Oh, and "But this wasn't a movie. Obviously." made me laugh really hard for some reason and Gretchen looked at me like I was crazy, haha.
